Most fruits contain high levels of water, which we all know is good for us. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always the best choice, however canned or frozen can be used also. Try and stay aware from fruit juices, although most claim to have 100% fruit juice, the amount of sugar that is added defeats the nutritional value. |

| Dairy products such as milk, cheese, and eggs are also essential. It is recommended to consume at least 3 cups of dairy a day; this can include a cup of yogurt, a glass of milk, or cheese.

You can get protein in many forms such a meat or poultry, nuts, or supplement. Remember when choosing means, you want to select the leaner cuts.
